Joshua Meza is a first-generation real estate professional, born in South Lake Tahoe and raised in Gardnerville, Nevada. Spanish was his first language, and by the time he entered first grade, he had already developed the ability to navigate between cultures, an experience that shaped his strong communication skills and deep appreciation for diverse communities.

Joshua grew up playing sports, with basketball as his sport of choice. He credits athletics for providing structure, lifelong friendships, and a competitive spirit, all of which continue to influence his approach to real estate. These early experiences instilled discipline, teamwork, and perseverance, traits he now applies to serve his clients with dedication and integrity.

Joshua believes that homeownership is achievable for everyone, just as it was for his own family. To him, real estate is not only a place to call home but also a powerful vehicle for building long-term wealth. His mission is to educate clients, understand their unique goals, and guide them through each step of the buying or selling process. He is especially passionate about supporting youth through athletics and extracurricular programs. His goal is to organize fundraisers and make personal contributions to help expand opportunities for students in local schools. Through mentorship, coaching, and active community involvement, Joshua aims to create meaningful pathways for young people to grow, just as others once did for him.

Outside of work, Joshua enjoys an active lifestyle and cherishes time spent with family and friends. He looks forward to giving back through volunteer work with Big Brothers Big Sisters and by coaching youth basketball in his community. He is also a part of VAREP, Veterans Association of Real Estate Professionals, and takes pride in being able to serve those who served for our great country.
